The role is eliminated due to company restructuring or budget cuts

The engagement ends due to company acquisition or closure

The client changes the role's responsibilities to something substantially different from the original job offer

The client violates the candidate's employment agreement

We immediately begin a new search for a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

You'll receive a fresh shortlist of vetted candidates within 5 business days.

The 180-day guarantee period begins on the candidate's official start date with the client.

The guarantee applies to both Flat Fee and Subscription engagement models. For Subscription clients, no additional fee is charged for the replacement search.

The replacement candidate is sourced at no additional placement fee. Standard subscription costs, if applicable, continue during the search period.

Surlink reserves the right to request a brief summary of the situation before initiating a replacement search, for quality improvement purposes only.

The guarantee covers one replacement per original placement. If a second replacement is needed, we'll discuss the situation on a case-by-case basis.
