• •Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 3 years after closure.
• •Applicant CVs and profiles are retained for up to 2 years unless you request deletion.

• •Sensitive data is stored in encrypted form at rest via Supabase.
• •Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
